Our client is a highly specialized Swiss company in the field of high voltage technology based in Wohlen/Aargau, which has been internationally successful for over 60 years. With around 300 employees, the company is one of the leading manufacturers of composite insulators and insulating components for demanding high voltage applications worldwide. To strengthen the production team, we are looking for a reliable personality as a Production Employee Assembly/Final Inspection (m/f/d) as soon as possible or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Seamless recording of all work and test results according to standards • Early identification of deviations and initiation of corrections • Close cooperation with the production team to optimize manufacturing quality • Exact assembly of components according to technical specifications • Execution of comprehensive test, functional, and visual inspections for quality assurance • Strict observance of all safety and quality guidelines • Coordination with the quality department regarding the prioritization of critical testing steps Your profile: • Completed training with additional qualification or experience as a quality inspector • Confident German B2/C1 for documentation and communication • Pronounced quality standard and eye for detail • Manual skills with a careful, precise way of working • Physical fitness required for lifting and carrying work • Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work attitude • Willingness for flexitime and occasional Saturday shifts We look forward to your application.
