You are also responsible for an apprentice specialist in catering. Your missions ### • Welcome and accompany our clientele with attention and kindness. • Organize and supervise the smooth running of services. • Supervise, motivate, and accompany the dining room team and the apprentice on a daily basis. • Guarantee a level of excellence in the quality of service and compliance with the house standards. • Collaborate closely with the kitchen in order to offer a harmonious experience to our customers. • Train and transmit your know-how in a spirit of teamwork and sharing. • Be a source of proposals to continually improve the customer experience. • responsible for beverage orders The profile we are looking for ### You are above all a catering enthusiast.
