What you achieve • You are responsible for the flawless execution of new and renovation projects within the given project goals • You lead and coordinate a team in larger projects, taking into account the planned resources • You define clear tasks, distribute responsibilities, and ensure efficient collaboration within the team • You ensure compliance with official regulations • You are responsible for local construction management with a sense of safety and order • You are responsible for and create construction schedules using MS Project • You are responsible for construction administration using Messerli Bauad • You work out performance descriptions (devis), create calculations, and make offer comparisons • You negotiate with contractors and suppliers and prepare the conclusion of work contracts • You develop construction managers professionally and support them in challenging situations • You ensure the compliance and further development of standards, processes, and working methods in construction management • You recognize cost, deadline, and quality risks early, assess them, and initiate targeted escalations if necessary • You represent the company sovereignly towards clients in demanding project situations • You lead and moderate difficult contractor, coordination, and conflict conversations • You take responsibility for quality, economy, and sustainable project success What you bring • Experience from larger projects with team leadership • Completed vocational training and further education as a construction manager TS/IBZ or comparable qualification • Knowledge of the Swiss construction industry is a prerequisite • Experience in submissions, scheduling, and construction accounting, participation in the development and implementation of details • Communication skills, assertiveness, and team skills • Secure handling of relevant software tools What we offer • A structured introduction and accompanying training phase • Interdisciplinary collaboration with cross-departmental experience exchange • Working with clearly defined and digitized processes • Individual development opportunities • Promotion of the compatibility of profession, family, and leisure time • Common experiences and events Do you want to lay a strong foundation for the future with us?
