As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a collaborator to strengthen our Lausanne team. architect with experience in site management (100%) your main activities . Assistance to the project manager in the operational management of projects . Monitoring of construction sites, technical, administrative and financial aspects of construction sites in the execution phase . Coordination of stakeholders (specialized contractors, companies, clients) your tasks . Organization and monitoring of construction sites . Participation in site and coordination meetings, drafting of minutes . Development and updating of work schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing) . Analysis of bids and awards in support of project managers . Design and control of execution plans and technical details . Monitoring of company orders and contract management . Control of work situations and invoicing (measurements, progress, contractual compliance) . Management of extras / omissions (amendments) and validation with the project manager . Monitoring of reservations, defect corrections and acceptance of work your profile . Architect, technician or drafter with at least 5 years of experience in site management in Switzerland (essential) . Good mastery of Swiss norms and practices (SIA, calls for tenders, contract management) . Proven experience in site management and company coordination . Mastery of AutoCAD software . Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel for financial monitoring) . Excellent command of French, both spoken and written . Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy . Initiative, proactivity and attention to detail . Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality .
