Senior Consultant Consulting, Training & Transformation (CTT) (80–100%) Your impact with us You do not only develop concepts – you develop people, organizations and corporate cultures. In your role, you combine consulting, business development and implementation competence. In doing so, the following tasks await you, among others: You develop sustainable solutions together with customers in the areas of transformation, leadership and organizational development. You recognize opportunities in the market and actively expand existing as well as new customer relationships. You acquire consulting mandates and develop them in a partnership until successful implementation. You design and lead transformation programs, leadership initiatives as well as workshops and trainings. You moderate change processes at all management levels – from the executive board to interdisciplinary project teams. You accompany organizations during cultural and strategic change processes and ensure that sustainable impact arises from concepts. You work closely with our experts from the various business units and actively contribute your network. What distinguishes you You are an entrepreneurially thinking consulting personality with a passion for transformation and people. In addition, you bring: University degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources or a comparable field of expertise is an advantage Several years of experience in consulting, organizational development and change management, leadership development and training Demonstrable experience in the development and acquisition of consulting mandates Maintaining and expanding personal customer relationships Experience in the conception and moderation of demanding workshops, trainings and leadership programs Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and high implementation competence Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage High willingness to travel within Switzerland as well as for occasional international projects What awaits you with us With us, you will find much more than a new consulting function.
