ICT Supporter 100% # The Amt für Informatik (AFI) is the IT competence center of the Canton of Zürich. It provides comprehensive services in the area of central IT infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, justice, and independent institutions. Tasked with implementing the new Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the office accompanies the canton in the digital world. We are looking for a service-oriented ICT Supporter, starting immediately or by arrangement, who will actively and enthusiastically support the AFI in operating the workstations of our canton-wide customers. Your tasks: ### • Receipt and processing of IT requests in the Service Desk (telephone, email), including independent solution finding in 1st Level Support as well as further processing of more complex topics in 2nd Level Support • Advising customers on the use of work equipment - remote or on-site • Installation, maintenance, and support of PCs, notebooks, peripherals, and media technology • Ensuring the hardware lifecycle from procurement through staging, delivery, as well as moves, up to return and disposal • Maintenance of user and authorization data • Collaboration in projects, service transitions, and testing • Active participation in process optimizations and quality improvements • On-call duties according to defined deployment plans Your profile: ### • Completed training in the field of informatics (ideally specializing in systems engineering) • Several years of experience in the area of client support • Very good knowledge of Microsoft and workplace environments • Basic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) or motivation to develop further in this area • High service orientation, self-management, and enjoyment of direct contact with the customer • Driver's license category B • Very good German skills and good technical knowledge in English • Willingness to work irregular hours and on-call duties What we offer you: ### • Exciting and versatile field of activity in a dynamic and growing organization • Use of modern technologies and development opportunities • Collaboration with a motivated and developing team • Attractive employment conditions and a workplace in the heart of Zürich Interested? ### Then we look forward to your application.
