This department's mission is to ensure the stewardship and logistics necessary for the proper functioning of all HUG, in terms of restoration, cleaning and disinfection of premises and laundry hygiene. It also manages the medical device reprocessing service, the biomedical and equipment service, and Cressy-Santé. More than 1'300 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. Within the medical device reprocessing service, composed of around 90 people, under the responsibility of the management team, you have the mission of ensuring the reprocessing of medical devices as a medical device technologist. Job Description As a stock and production manager, you receive customer orders and document statistical needs regarding their developments, ensure data entry for billing, and guarantee the production line link (stock exit/replenishment). You ensure the management of the production line for sets for care services and manage replenishment requests and stocks through computerized management tools. You monitor the stock level and anticipate needs. You manage orders from the service according to needs. You control the receipt of raw materials, the stock of finished products, and the storage of goods. You handle customer complaints and qualitative defects in production. You ensure the operational link with customers and support services. As part of the service's certification processes, you collaborate with the quality assurance manager. You collaborate with staff, operational teams, support services, and suppliers. If necessary, you ensure the replacement of the distribution position. Qualifications You have a CFC in logistics or equivalent, as well as proven skills in using computerized management tools (Cegid, Microsoft). You possess good knowledge of the French language and writing skills. Confirmed experience of several years in the field of stock management and customer/supplier relationships, as well as knowledge of the hospital environment and/or sterilization, would be an asset. Your sense of service, rigor, and professional conscience are your major assets and allow you to prioritize and organize your activities. Your relational ease and sense of service allow you to work and collaborate easily within a multidisciplinary team. Additional Information This position requires irregular hours, the medical device reprocessing service being operational 24/7 and 365 days a year.
