The structure, human-sized and with an operation close to a family environment, intervenes on complete technical projects, from design to realization, in collaboration with local partners. It distinguishes itself by its proximity, its reactivity and its field involvement. Missions As an HVAC Project Manager, you intervene in the entire life cycle of projects: Project management • Design and develop HVAC solutions adapted to client needs • Elaborate technical concepts and carry out the dimensioning of installations Steering and execution • Plan, coordinate and monitor projects until their commissioning • Manage external partners and local companies • Ensure rigorous site monitoring with a strong presence in the field • Guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs and quality standards Client relations • Be the main interlocutor for the client throughout the project • Provide relevant technical solutions and ensure close support Economic monitoring • Participate in the elaboration of offers and budgets • Ensure the financial monitoring of projects Candidate profile • Technical training in the HVAC field (engineer or equivalent) • Proven experience in HVAC project management with a strong orientation towards site execution • Good knowledge of the Swiss market and current standards • Ability to manage several projects in parallel and to coordinate various stakeholders • Autonomous, rigorous person, with a good sense of responsibility • Fluent French and German minimum level B2 required Conditions and Advantages • Human-sized structure with agile and field-oriented operation • Attractive pension fund • Flexible hours • Possibility of teleworking
