In order to complete its active management team in a technical production workshop in Aubonne, it is looking for: Un·e Maître·sse socioprofessionnel·le du domaine technique à 100% (CDD de 6 mois) ## Function: Socioprofessional management of people in adapted employment. As part of an activity reinforcement, we are looking for an MSP for our powder coating workshop. You will intervene in the preparation, the application of powder paint and the quality control of metal parts in compliance with technical, quality and safety requirements. This function is carried out in collaboration with the locksmithing and multi-service workshop for assembly, fitting, adjusting and maintenance activities of different mechanical assemblies intended for industrial applications. Profile (required skills): • CFC in a technical field such as polymechanic, automatician, industrial appliance constructor or industrial painter • Technical federal diploma or social training (MSP) an asset • Proven experience in managing production activities and managing a work team • Human, pedagogical and social skills • Dynamism and creativity • Versatility and autonomy • Mastery of usual IT and office tools • Knowledge of CAD drawing tools and programming constitutes an asset.
