What you can move. • As the point of entry for all workshop work, you coordinate mandates, set resource priorities and ensure a smooth process from start to finish so that vehicles are ready on time. • You take on the demanding role of interface between production, planning, component management, purchasing, procurement and projects and actively encourage collaboration and high-quality communication. • In this function, you are responsible for production-related ERP systems such as SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA as well as other tools and ensure data quality and process stability. • You take on the ECM3 role for the sites and smooth out the load between the Olten workshop and the Cargodrome site in Olten. • In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you facilitate interfaces in a professional manner and make understandable decisions. What you bring. • You have several years of management experience in operational environments such as production or maintenance, ideally in the rail vehicle sector. With your participative leadership and clear communication, you confidently guide your team through complex situations. • Solid experience with ERP and production systems enables you to take on system responsibility, preferably with SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA, and you effectively utilize your understanding of processes and data. • Continuous improvement is familiar to you and you easily apply methods such as Lean, Kaizen and Operational Excellence, you also plan and implement investment projects. • You have completed higher education at a federal polytechnic school, university or HES in a technical or economic field and you have solid knowledge in the other field.
