Meisterschwanden is a municipality on Lake Hallwil and currently has 3'360 inhabitants. Our polyvalent social service is responsible for various areas such as child and adult protection services, personal and material assistance, social counseling, foster care, maintenance advances, subsidy contributions according to the Childcare Act, SVA branch, maintenance agreements, cost approvals, parenthood assistance, as well as asylum matters and also works on various projects.  We are looking for as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement Asylum Support Person, 20 - 30 % (Career change possible)  ## Your tasks ### • Counseling in practical life questions • Contact point for clients, Cantonal Social Service, Social Services • Simple administrative work (client registration) • Coordination and control of accommodation • Appointment scheduling and accompaniment to medical appointments • Support with administrative work (filling out forms) • Contact with school and employer • Help with job searching Your profile ### • Completed school and vocational training • Minimum age 25 years • German in speaking and writing • MS Office user knowledge • Flawless reputation / no entries in the debt collection and criminal registers • Willingness to work irregular hours • Manual dexterity • Driver's license B We wish for an initiative, resilient, team-oriented personality with empathy and organizational skills. You enjoy contact and dealing with the population, other authorities and specialist agencies. You complete your tasks independently as well as responsibly and feel comfortable in everyday interaction with various stakeholders.
