In this versatile leadership role, you will take responsibility for a central department. Together with your 4-member team, you will create sustainable added value for our police corps. Your tasks <br /> • Leadership with trust: You lead and promote your team (4 employees) and actively drive the digitalization of internal processes. • Innovation & development: You are responsible for the conception, development, and implementation of new functionalities and processes in the SAP landscape (MM/HCM) and the Zeitwirtschaft system. • System & process responsibility as well as project management: You continuously maintain, support, and develop the SAP modules MM and HCM as well as our time and expense recording system <<Time>>. You are also responsible for authorization management. You lead or accompany important (sub-)projects and represent your department in internal and external committees. • Interface competence (SPOC): You are the central hub for SAP within the Kantonspolizei and maintain close contact with the CCOE SAP of the Finanzverwaltung as well as the internal helpdesk. • Knowledge transfer & support: You are responsible for Key User Support, document innovations (Solman, EnableNow, Viflow, Aviso), and conduct management training in German and French. <br /> Your profile <br /> • Solid foundation: A completed higher education degree (FH, Uni) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, or a comparable qualification, combined with sound IT experience and know-how in the financial environment. • SAP expertise: Several years of sound experience in dealing with the SAP modules MM and HCM. • Project & leadership experience: You have already successfully led projects and bring experience in leading, motivating, and developing teams. • Mindset: Strong analytical skills, networked thinking, solution orientation, and a pronounced affinity for technical subject areas. • Personality & language: You are a motivated, socially competent personality who communicates in an audience-appropriate manner at all hierarchical levels.
