As part of our industrial specialization, we are supporting a recognized SME based in the Jura Bernois, active in the watchmaking sector. To permanently strengthen its teams, our partner has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future: Decoration Sector Manager You will join a human-sized company, recognized for its technical expertise, managerial proximity, and the quality of its achievements. Your tasks: • Management of the watch decoration department (around 8 people) • Programming of decoration machines • Use of laser machines • Programming on AlphaCAM • Ensuring the functionality of decoration tools • Assistance in production and replacement in other sectors Your profile: • CFC in mechanics (Micromechanic, Polymechanic, etc.) • Proven experience in the watch decoration sector • Ability to unite and manage a team • Excellent knowledge of the AlphaCAM software • Team spirit, versatile and autonomous Why join Sigma?
