To accompany our growth, we are recruiting a Tractor Driver/Agricultural machinery driver at 100% (M/F) In this role, you will drive various agricultural vehicles and transport seasonal harvests to ensure transport from the fields to our depots. Main responsibilities: Drive tractors, self-propelled machines, and various specialized agricultural implements; Carry out phytosanitary treatments using self-propelled vehicles; Ensure the transport of harvests, equipment, and trailers between fields and depots; Perform soil preparation work; Carry out sowing, planting, and weeding using suitable equipment; Participate in various mechanized operations according to the needs of the farm; Daily check the condition and proper functioning of machines; Perform routine maintenance work: checking levels, greasing, and simple adjustments; Identify and report any anomalies or breakdowns; Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and proper maintenance of the equipment used; Occasionally provide support to other agricultural activities, notably the irrigation team or ground works. Required qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an agricultural machinery driver. Category B driver's license mandatory. Knowledge of GPS self-guided driving systems. Good oral mastery of French Interpersonal skills: You have at least three years of experience in driving agricultural machinery; You master the driving of tractors, self-propelled machines, and agricultural vehicles equipped for treatments; You ideally know GPS self-guided driving systems; You master the equipment intended for soil preparation, sowing, planting, and weeding; You are capable of performing first-level maintenance and detecting simple breakdowns; You must possess a Swiss category B driver's license; R1 and R4 forklift licenses are an asset; Training in the agricultural field or in agricultural mechanics is also an advantage; You have a good oral mastery of French.
