To strengthen our maintenance team at the 3645 Zwieselberg site, we are looking for a Betriebsmechaniker 80-100% (m/f/d) immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: In this function, you will ensure the safe and reliable operation of our production and building technology together with the team. You will independently carry out preventive maintenance work on machines, systems, and infrastructure, analyze faults, and initiate the necessary measures to quickly and sustainably rectify causes. In doing so, you will work with conventional machining machines (turning, drilling, milling), manufacture spare parts, tools, and equipment, or adapt them, commission new machines and systems, and maintain maintenance plans and system documentation. You will also be involved in industrialization and optimization projects. In the future, the department will focus more on production and will switch to a 2-shift model in the medium term. Your profile: Completed mechanical vocational training or similar technical training (such as polymechanics, agricultural machinery mechanics, automotive mechanics, etc.), ideally supplemented with further training (e.g., maintenance specialist) Several years of experience in maintaining production technical systems in an industrial environment and their infrastructure (pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC, etc.) Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and be on call (including short-term deployments in case of faults) Mobility (the place of work in Zwieselberg is not accessible by public transport) Very good German language skills, English language skills an advantage Our offer Free parking, fitness subscription, further training opportunities, and flexible working time models: This position offers several benefits.
