As Chef de Rang, you take responsibility for your service station, coordinate with the kitchen and ensure that our guests feel completely comfortable. These are your tasks • Independent management of a service station in the different areas (Restaurant, Salon d'Or, Terrasse) • Executing smooth and high-quality guest service • Competent care and advice for guests • Service Mise en Place and execution of all types of service (flambéing, carving, etc.) • Generating and promoting sales and upselling • Cooperation in the implementation and integration of processes as well as products • General preparation and cleaning work This distinguishes you • Completed vocational training in gastronomy and already gained experience in a similar function • It gives you pleasure to provide guests with a unique experience • You are a: team player and keep a cool head even in hectic situations • Good German skills, other languages an advantage
