In exchange with our customers as well as internal and external partners, you advise this group of persons comprehensively on topics from your area of responsibility. You work in a motivated team, but after your induction, you are responsible for a final customer base. You work in one of the two in-kind benefit teams with a total of 21 people. Which skills are important to us You have successfully completed a commercial or comparable EFZ training. Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the (social) insurance sector with a focus on in-kind benefits and have further trained yourself in this field. You enjoy medical terminology paired with legal aspects. You like working in a team, but also take on tasks independently. Thanks to your quick comprehension, you immediately recognize what is important and enjoy using the discretionary leeway decisively in the interest of our customers. Your empathetic and appreciative interaction in cooperation and with our customers, as well as your service-oriented and communicative nature, round off your profile. We are a bilingual (German-French) company, therefore active knowledge of the respective other language is a plus.
