August 2026 Job description Stärneland is a private daycare center which first opened its doors to the little -Stärne- in 2013. Within five years, Stärneland grew from one group to four. Our childcare offering consists of two mixed-age groups from 18 months to kindergarten, an after-school group (kindergarten to 6th primary grade) and an infant group for children aged 3 months to 24 months. We are looking, by agreement, for a motivated and cheerful person for the infant group (m/f), 80 - 100%. Your tasks are: - independent management of the infant group - building up new structures - organization and administration - parental work - guiding an apprentice   Requirements and expectations of you: - experience as a group leader (optimal) - completed training FaBe K - instructor course (optimal) - experience in the training of apprentices / instructor (optimal) - high professional and social competence - strong sense of responsibility - active involvement in group life as well as teamwork - good self-reflection - innovative and committed way of working - joy in the profession   We offer you: - 5 weeks vacation - a friendly and familial working atmosphere - large, independent scope for design - a young and motivated team - further training opportunities - good infrastructure   Should you feel addressed by our position and are interested?
