WOLEG is a medium-sized institution in Oberaargau and accompanies normally gifted, behaviorally challenged and/or psychologically unstable children and adolescents aged 4 to 23 on their life path. Our offerings include three residential groups, residential support, a special school, as well as day structures and leisure activities in the vocational area (garden/animals) for children and adolescents. We are looking for August a Pre-intern for student residential group with trauma-pedagogical orientation Your area of responsibility: • Co-designing and cooperating in the everyday life of a residential group for students between 5 and 11 years or 11 and 15 years • Participation in teamwork, as well as in pedagogical and organizational processes. • Co-accompanying everyday appointments and/or leisure activities. • Weekend shifts by arrangement Your profile: • Experience in working with children desired (sports club, Jubla, own children or similar) • Flexibility, patience and perseverance • Teamwork skills • Ability to reflect What we offer: • Insights into social-pedagogical work (possibilities of participation in: specialist consultations, team supervisions, team meetings.
