On Ward Lüthi, a general psychiatric acute ward with 20 beds and 2 intensive care rooms, you support patients in acute psychiatric crises. Our specialized psychotherapy program is aimed at people with diseases from the schizophrenic spectrum. Here, you focus on patient-centered and partnership-based care that puts people at the center. Your tasks • You care for people in acute psychiatric crises and focus on partnership-based, patient-centered care • You monitor vital signs and perform nursing and medical-technical measures • You implement the nursing process professionally using the reference person system • You actively contribute to shaping the ward environment and create a stable environment for patients • You engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions Your profile • You have a diploma as a nursing specialist AKP/DN II/HF/FH, preferably with experience in psychiatry, and enjoy psychiatric care • You appreciate a dynamic and evolving work environment and enjoy helping to shape it • You value constructive interdisciplinary collaboration • You keep a cool head and a sense of humor, even in challenging situations • You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking The UPZ The University Psychiatric Center Bern (UPZ) is the leading competence center for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the capital region as a university clinic.
