External Sales Representative – Suisse romande

The activity is in external service and the sector covers the whole of Suisse romande (and not just Lausanne). Main responsibilities: Management and development of existing clients Ensure professional follow-up and personalized advice for existing clients in the assigned sector. Maintain long-lasting business relationships by focusing on customer satisfaction and turnover development. Perform regular visits to clients and provide them with personalized on-site support. Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions. Plan and conduct sales interviews. Acquisition of new clients Actively prospect new clients in the sales sector. Develop and expand the client portfolio. Present the company and its products to prospects. Organize and conduct sales interviews. Sales and product advice Market the entire current range of professional products intended for hairdressing salons. Advise clients on products, their applications, and new releases. Present new products as well as promotional actions. Ensure optimal presentation and highlighting of products at client locations. Target clientele The main clientele is composed of: Hairdressing salons Professional hairdressing schools Other professional partners active in the beauty and hair care sectors Administrative tasks: Prepare daily reports, visit reports, and sales reports. Update and manage client data in the CRM system. Plan and organize professional travels. Handle client requests and ensure commercial follow-up. Participate in the implementation of commercial and marketing actions. Collaboration and training: Participate in sales meetings, sales training, and product training. Collaborate closely with the internal sales department and the commercial management. Ensure continuous monitoring of products, trends, and market developments. Actively participate in sales promotion actions and events.
