Your tasks ## • Conception, development and control of marketing communication projects for the Emmental region and the Bärau location. • Elaboration of convincing and inspiring stories about our own productions and successful market positioning. • Building customer relationships, maintaining existing contacts (CRM) and further development of our sales activities. • Elaboration of new point-of-sale concepts and opening up new sales channels. • Planning and implementation of events as well as sales and brand appearances. • Active support in the further development of our product portfolio. • Calculations, pricing as well as measurement of the performance of our entire offering. Your profile ## • Education or studies in the field of marketing, sales, product management or business administration. • Experience in product development, marketing communication and sales (account management). • Understanding of the strategic and successful positioning of products as well as services. • Entrepreneurial thinking and acuity for new opportunities in the market. • Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and confident appearance. • Independent and structured way of working and enjoyment of responsibility. • Stylish expression in German (oral and written) and a fine sense for tonality as well as stakeholder groups. • ERP application knowledge (Abacus) is an advantage.
