What you can set in motion. • As a train driver, you don't just drive the train; you also take responsibility for safety and punctuality on the very busy railway network. • During the journey, you maintain high attention and react quickly and correctly to signals, speed limits, and unpredictable events. • You act autonomously and are in constant contact with the operational centers and command centers. • In addition to driving and maneuvering trains, your duties also include checking the technical status of the vehicle before and after taking delivery. Your motivation for us counts more than the sector you come from. • You face challenges calmly, make considered decisions even in stressful situations, and are available for shift work. • You have excellent command of Italian at C2 level and good knowledge of German at B1 level. • You have intact color vision without red-green color blindness and have no entries in the criminal record or the debt collection register. • For the intense and demanding training period, you bring a high sense of responsibility and motivation and are ready to adapt to different learning environments, from in-person training to digital self-study.
