Medical Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (a) 60-80% # Medical Assistant / Medical Practice Assistant (a) 60-80% YOUR TASKS • Organization and accompaniment of consultations for the assigned doctor and for the team • Complete administrative support for the assigned doctor, such as the preparation of consultation documents, medical files, results, and prescriptions • Billing of outpatient consultations • Finalizing and sending, sometimes drafting, medical reports and general correspondence YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as a medical assistant or medical secretary with several years of professional experience • Organizational talent with an engaging presentation and a great sense of service towards patients as well as reliability, commitment, and flexibility • Solid IT skills and very good language skills (German native language, other national languages as well as English are an advantage) • Proficiency in writing reports and correspondence using medical terminology A modern position awaits you within Clinique Hirslanden Birshof.
