Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d) with possible development perspective towards management

Your role with us: You are the central interface between employees, customers and management and ensure that everything runs smoothly in everyday operations. • Participation in the deployment planning and organization of our employees • Hub function in communication with teams and customers • Creation and administration of employee contracts • Support of our customers (inquiries, complaints, additional orders) • Support in quality controls and ensuring our standards • Responsibility for material management and equipment of new objects • Administrative tasks such as deployment plans, billing and organization • Support in the quoting process as well as planning and coordination of new orders • Close cooperation with the management What awaits you with us: This position is more than a job – it is your entry into a leadership role: • Direct cooperation with the management • Gradual assumption of responsibility in operational and strategic topics • Building of leadership and decision-making competence • Clear development perspective towards management • A lot of creative freedom in a growing company What you bring with you: • Commercial or comparable training • Further education in business administration at Bachelor level (or on the way there), university, technical college, higher vocational school of business • Leadership experience in the service sector and in the operational environment • Experience in the service sector or operational environment is an advantage • Calculation and numerical understanding • Organizational talent and structured way of working • Strong communication skills and hands-on mentality • Initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking • Driver's license Cat.
