Your main objective is to contribute to the maximum therapeutic success of patients by optimizing all processes related to medicines at the hospital in terms of efficiency, adequacy, economy, quality and safety. Do you wish to engage actively in the medicine supply and pharmaceutical monitoring of the USZ? For our USZ hospital pharmacy, we are looking for starting from 01.01.2027 a Tasks In this function, you are responsible, along with other pharmacists, for ensuring and continuously developing a professionally high, safe, appropriate and economical use of medicines at the USZ. You provide specialized pharmaceutical advice and ensure the on-call service several times a year. A particular focus of your activity lies in the active participation and implementation of important strategic projects within the framework of Closed Loop Medication Management (CLMM). You play a central role in the introduction and development of electronic medicine cabinets as well as in the implementation of unit dose supply. You work in close collaboration with interprofessional teams, bring your pharmaceutical expertise to concepts and processes, and contribute significantly to the success of these innovative projects. Requirements You hold a degree in pharmacy and have several years of professional experience in a hospital environment. You wish to participate actively in changes and have an interest as well as ideal experience in the introduction of new processes, technologies or supply concepts. With your commitment, your expertise and your openness to novelty, you assume responsibilities in projects and ensure their targeted implementation. You find practical and consensual solutions, work in a structured manner and consider yourself a pragmatic and at the same time confident team player.
