As part of the reinforcement of its production teams, our client is looking for a Finishing Operator - Precious Materials. You will evolve within a high-precision technical environment where every detail contributes to the excellence of the manufactured products. Your responsibilities Reporting to the production workshop, you will intervene in the different finishing stages of components in precious materials and ensure compliance with the quality standards specific to Haute Horlogerie. In this capacity, you will be required to: Perform emery sanding operations on components in precious materials, from preparation to finishing. Carry out degreasing operations according to the needs of the activity and in a logic of versatility. Ensure the monitoring of your production by performing the required dimensional and aesthetic controls. Guarantee the conformity of parts by rigorously applying procedures, quality requirements and safety rules. Contribute actively to the performance of the workshop by participating in continuous improvement processes. Your profile You hold a technical training in mechanics, micromécanique or an equivalent field and ideally justify a first experience in a precision industrial environment. You possess the following skills: Reading technical plans. Mastery of conventional control methods. Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes; experience on CNC machines is an asset. Good ease with IT tools. Excellent manual dexterity and a keen sense of detail. Job conditions Shift work 3x8. Industrial environment requiring good physical condition (standing work, occasional carrying of loads, exposure to production oils and a sound environment adapted to industrial equipment).
