Your responsibility In this versatile function, you will combine the operational management of our mechanics with forward-looking production planning. You will ensure that quality, deadlines, economy, and employees are equally at the center of attention. Mechanics management You will lead our mechanical production technically, personally, and create the conditions for an efficient, safe, and motivating production day. Your tasks Technical and personal management as well as further development of a committed production team Planning and organization of a smooth production process Responsibility for quality, deadlines, productivity, costs, and occupational safety Support and promotion of your employees in the operational daily business Continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and resource utilization Close cooperation with sales, design, purchasing, AVOR, and logistics Promotion of an open, solution-oriented, and appreciative leadership culture Production planning You will plan and control our production with foresight and ensure a economical and timely implementation of all customer orders. Your tasks Planning and control of all production orders Fine planning taking into account capacities, material availability, and delivery dates Ongoing deadline monitoring and prioritization of orders Ensuring optimal machine and personnel utilization Close coordination with production, AVOR, purchasing, and logistics Collaboration on Lean projects and continuous improvement of production processes Analysis and optimization of production processes in terms of quality, efficiency, and economy Your profile You have a technical basic education in machine, metal or sheet metal processing and are familiar with the requirements of a modern production environment.
