September or by arrangement Your scope of design: In this versatile role, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our buildings and facilities function reliably and that employees and clients feel comfortable and safe at Humanitas. You take responsibility for the structural and infrastructural maintenance within your area of responsibility and actively contribute your ideas. Your tasks include, among others: Carrying out technical inspection rounds in our various properties Carrying out or organizing repair and maintenance work on building technical systems and facilities Collaboration with clients during practical activities Instruction and guidance of clients in the work process Representation of the company through customer-oriented service delivery Documentation of findings as well as follow-up of measures Ensuring compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations Access and locking management A central component of your activity is also participation in a work-agogic context.
