Youth Coach/Family Trainer* 60 - 80% in the Zurich region & adjacent cantons ## The Stiftung Jugendnetzwerk offers outreach as well as (part-)residential psychosocial support for adolescents, young adults and families. Our offers are individual, needs-oriented and impact-oriented - from outreach family assistance to accompanied youth living forms to supervised residential groups. What you bring ### • Education: Diploma in Social Work/Social Pedagogy HF or FH, Childhood Pedagogy HF, school special education (EDK-recognized), Psychology, Social/Cultural Anthropology, Educational Sciences, Clinical Special Education, Popular Cultures (at least 60 ECTS), equivalent degree with existing CH-recognition • Professional experience: At least two to three years of professional experience with a 100% workload after completion of training in a field of social work with children, adolescents and families. Part-time activities will be credited accordingly. The prerequisite education as well as professional experience must be present. Our Youth Coaches/Family Trainers* are on the move like satellites - independent in implementation, but always closely networked in the team. • Regular continuing education and case workshops promote exchange, development and collegial support. • In everyday life, we communicate uncomplicately - via telephone, email, WhatsApp or spontaneous meetings. • Our areas of operation include not only the Canton of Zurich, but also adjacent regions such as Luzern, Zug, Aargau or Schwyz. • You do not have to live in the Canton of Zurich - what is decisive is your willingness to be on the move. • Attractive employment conditions according to the guidelines of the Canton of Zurich. • Own business mobile phone as well as annual working hours and flexibility in the design of your working time. • Our work does not always end at 17:00 and sometimes takes place on weekends.
