Due to the current team constellation, an interested party will be preferred • Several years of professional experience in corrections, good knowledge of at least one foreign language • Fitness for respiratory protection (membership in the plant fire brigade), good basic athletic condition as well as participation in team supervisions • Solution-oriented way of working, strong ability to accept criticism, empathetic attitude, high resilience, ability to cooperate, teamwork skills • Minimum age: 28 years, impeccable reputation (current criminal and debt enforcement register extract). Willingness to perform irregular shifts <br /> Your working environment In the Lenzburg correctional facility (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/jva-lenzburg), persons who have been sentenced to a prison sentence or a custodial measure are cared for. The facility includes 380 correctional places for closed execution, pretrial detention and short sentences.
