EPFL / HES Architect Project Designer

You are a qualified architect in Switzerland, interested in the development of medium to large-scale projects and looking for a professional environment where your sense of responsibility will be recognized. Join our team! Our architecture office, based in Lonay, composed of about twenty collaborators, accompanies its clients through all project phases according to SIA standards. EPFL / HES Architect Project Designer As part of the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an EPFL or HES architect project designer (or equivalent title) 80-100%, with solid experience in project development and building permit procedures. Your role: Establish feasibility studies; Project development from the feasibility study; Research of design intentions and elaboration of architectural concepts; Collaboration with specialized professionals and public authorities; Establishment of necessary plans for the permit application at the prescribed scale; Elaboration of inquiry files and follow-up of procedures; Development and design of constructive details; Constitution of materiality booklets. Your profile: EPFL or HES architect degree (or equivalent); Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland; Good mastery of Archicad software; Knowledge in BIM: an asset; Good understanding of municipal and cantonal regulations and their application; Ability to work autonomously while promoting team spirit; Stress resistance and a keen sense of priorities.
