Psychiatric Nurse (60%) La Fondation Domus, a Valais psychosocial rehabilitation institution, supports adults facing significant mental health disorders. We are looking for our Ardon home for a: Psychiatric Nurse (60%) from 1 August or by agreement We propose to you to ensure daily nursing care of the supported persons in their totality, at the preventive, curative, medico-educational and palliative level, if applicable; manage all medical consultations and the continuity of care; ensure the support of beneficiaries within the Foyer d'Ardon in their daily life activities in a perspective of psychosocial rehabilitation based on self-determination; accompany residents in their individual projects and objectives; develop a privileged relationship with the network of supported persons; collaborate in interprofessionality with social workers, ASE, ASSC, day centers and workshops. Your profile you benefit from a Bachelor in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent, CAS in psychiatry an asset; you have at least 2 years of professional experience. Knowledge of the RAI (Resident Assessment Instrument) software is an asset; edowed with a sense of organization, priority management, you like working in a team but also being autonomous, you appreciate versatility; you master standard IT tools (MS Office); holder of a driver's license, you have a private vehicle.
