Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% The contribution you can make • Design the creation and further development of an agile release train (ART) within the operational activities • Further develop the strategic portfolio in collaboration with business owners, executives and stakeholders, promoting transparency and the definition of priorities • Plan, prepare and moderate PI planning and other SAFe events • Coordinate interdependencies between value streams and teams, ensuring end-to-end value flow • Provide technical support to executives and stakeholders in the introduction of agile working methods and the further development of corporate agility <br /> What distinguishes you • Tertiary level education (university of applied sciences or university) in computer science, or equivalent training with several years of practical experience • Experience in the creation or further development of agile organizational structures, ideally of agile release trains according to SAFe • Experience in planning and moderating cross-functional planning and coordination processes as well as in managing different groups of stakeholders • Understanding of strategic portfolio management, end-to-end value streams and corporate agility within an operational or service context • Experience in the role of release train engineer; knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) or similar approaches is a preferential qualification • Good active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In summary In this role, you will participate in the creation of an agile release train at the main Division Defence Platform and, thanks to your experience, you will make a significant contribution to Switzerland's digital defense capability.
