Student Manager (100%) The FernUni Schweiz stands for fully online university courses and is accredited by HFKG. It combines a flexible, location-independent part-time distance learning with an active, interdisciplinary research culture on the Brig campus. In five faculties – law, psychology, economics, history and mathematics \& computer science – we have been shaping modern teaching, learning and research for over 30 years and have over 2’700 students and around 550 employees. To strengthen our Student Services department, we are looking for a committed personality as: Student Manager (100%) Place of work: Brig Start of work: 1. September 2026 or by agreement The Student Services are the central point of contact for students and prospective students. With a high service orientation, they ensure reliable, solution-oriented support throughout the entire student lifecycle and actively contribute to a positive study experience. They ensure a smooth administrative accompaniment of the courses and support the teaching staff in organizational and administrative matters. Your tasks Advising and supporting students and prospective students in all administrative and organizational matters Carrying out and ensuring the admission and enrollment process Administrative support for courses and study programs Providing technical first-level support for students and teaching teams for study-relevant IT applications Your profile Qualified commercial training with professional experience, further training an advantage High service orientation with pronounced consulting and communication skills Professional experience in the university sector, ideally in study-related service facilities High social and team skills High IT affinity Native language German with very good Swiss German skills; good English skills an advantage We offer Committed team: You will become part of a qualified team that actively lives innovation, quality and cooperation.
