La Clinique Bernoise Montana, a cutting-edge rehabilitation clinic in Switzerland, is a foundation whose activity takes place in Crans-Montana, in the Valais Alps. It welcomes patients for neurological, psychosomatic, musculoskeletal, internal medicine, and oncological rehabilitation. We are looking for, for 1 November 2026 or by agreement, a Chef de cuisine 100% Missions:  Organize the kitchen service (planning, distribution of tasks, administrative management)  Elaborate menu plans  Prepare banquets and special events  Ensure fast and professional service  Listen to the needs of patients and guests  Maintain the Swiss Leading Hospital / Fourchette verte certification  Ensure links with dietitians to guarantee the appropriate diets for our patients  Participate in the budgetary process  Perform profitability analyses of the sector  Coordinate purchases with the Clinique Lucernoise Montana, owned by our foundation  Train apprentices Profile:  CFC as a cook  CFC as a cook in dietetics  Federal diploma or equivalent in management  Mastery and respect of hygiene and food safety standards  Oral knowledge of the German language, a plus  Good IT knowledge (MS-Office)  Able to work independently and precisely  Professional experience as a chef de cuisine  Good presentation, high capacity for welcoming and communication, economical and rational behavior, ability to work in a team Offer:  A professional activity within a motivated, committed, and dynamic team  Advantageous contractual and social conditions  Opportunities for internal and external training  Interdisciplinary work within the entire rehabilitation team  Possibilities for accommodation and catering on-site Interested?
