Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d) ad interim 80-100% Your tasks You will take over ad interim the technical, personnel, and organizational leadership of the housekeeping department (incl. laundry) with approx. 20 employees. You ensure compliance with quality and hygiene regulations, pay attention to the proper disposal of materials, and coordinate this with external service providers, also for our outpatient location in the city of Zürich. You are also responsible for the procurement of cleaning machines, textiles, and consumables, as well as for the furnishing of office and patient room furniture, including their design and ergonomic setup. Additionally, you assist with larger and independently lead smaller renovation, construction, and modernization projects. The housekeeping office, led by your deputy, is the main contact point for patient requests regarding infrastructure, meal orders for the weekend, the laundry cycle, and toy rental. You guarantee customer-oriented and interdisciplinary cooperation with the other areas of the clinic, develop optimization suggestions, and participate in projects and change processes. Your profile You are a Department Manager in Hotel Management-Housekeeping with a Federal Diploma or equivalence. You have several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable function and can find your way in a new situation. A high readiness to serve and customer orientation, as well as readiness for change, business-oriented and solution-oriented thinking, and a structured and organized way of working characterize your way of working.
