Supply Chain Specialist*in – Customer Projects (100%) Bartholet Ropeways AG, based in Flums, Switzerland, is an international leader in cableway systems, mechanical engineering, lighting systems, and other innovative solutions. With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for you to strengthen our Supply Chain in the area of scheduling and operational purchasing. Your tasks • Ensuring material availability through requirement determination and order tracking • Controlling the material flow along the supply chain – from the supplier to delivery • Planning and controlling scheduling and procurement processes • Hub function between purchasing, production, project management, and suppliers • Early detection and control of risks such as material shortages and delivery delays • Escalation management in cooperation with strategic purchasing • Implementation of targeted measures to minimize risk • Ensuring high data quality in the ERP system Your profile • Technical training with further education in the field of scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain • Professional experience in scheduling, operational purchasing, or materials management • Very good ERP user knowledge (SAP) • Very good German and good English skills (at least B1) • Structured, reliable, and precise way of working • Strong communication skills and assertiveness when dealing with various stakeholders • Solution-oriented action even in demanding situations Your perspectives • Central role with direct influence on delivery performance and project success • Exciting responsibility in the control of complex material flows • Access to internal further training offers (Inhouse-Academy) • Modern workplace in a location close to nature, not far from Lake Walen Work location: CH-8890 Flums SG Have we aroused your interest?
