What you can achieve • You are responsible for the establishment and positioning of PostFinance in the area of asset management with institutional clients for digital assets • You act as a competent interface to internal and external stakeholders • You accompany cross-divisional initiatives in asset management for digital assets and shape as well as further develop products and services surrounding digital assets • You observe market developments and the macro environment and deepen your knowledge in the areas of (Institutional) Asset Management, banking, and financial markets What you bring with you • Completed Master's degree or completed further education (Uni, FH) in BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik or Finance, as well as ideally further training in asset management, finance, or digital assets (e.g., CIA, CAIA, CDAA) • More than 7 years of professional experience in the financial sector in areas such as asset management, banking, and optionally digital assets, • Leadership experience as a strong plus • Enthusiasm for asset management and digital assets as well as analytical flair and interest in financial markets • Confident and representative appearance • Strong drive and courage to take on a pioneering role in a dynamic environment • High degree of independence, resilience, and implementation orientation • Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing
