Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Assistant Accountant 40-80 % (m/f/d) Your mission: Financial Accounting & Reporting: • Correct recording and posting of expenses and supplier invoices in ABACUS • Creation of payment runs in online banking • Quarterly reconciliation of company accounts and preparation of quarterly financial statements • Tracking of VAT flows (input tax/sales tax) as well as preparation of quarterly VAT returns • Preparation of annual financial statements and provision of all documents for external auditors • Monitoring of employee time tracking and creation of time reports HR & Payroll Administration: • Monthly preparation of payroll and generation of payment files via ABACUS • Registrations and deregistrations as well as administration in exchange with BVG pension funds and AHV offices • Settlement and reporting of withholding tax to the respective cantons • Checking, approval and posting of expense reports (e.g., employee travel expenses) General Support: • Taking over further organizational and administrative tasks to support the management as needed Qualifications What you bring with you: • Commercial training and further education in accounting • Initial experience in accounting and payroll processing • Very good German skills • Good English skills (English is the company language) • Good user knowledge with online-based accounting tools (ABACUS desirable), including expense reporting and time tracking tools Your benefits: • An exciting and varied area of responsibility in a highly qualified, international team • A flexible workload between 40% and 80% • Flat hierarchies and a collegial environment in which your ideas are valued Are you ready to become part of a highly talented and motivated team and help shape the future?
