As an Operator-Setter in a 2x8 team 100% M/F/X, you will play a key role in the quality of the manufactured products and the success of the production team. Your expertise and sense of detail will ensure stable, high-performance, and safe processes. What you will do on a daily basis Set up and launch production on one or more machines according to production orders. Monitor the progress of operations, intervene in case of unforeseen events, and guarantee compliance with deadlines. Perform first-level maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance department in case of more complex breakdowns. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation. Propose ideas to improve quality, reduce costs, or increase efficiency. Quality and precision above all Control manufactured parts and correct any process deviations. Ensure the good condition of tools and machines throughout production. Guarantee product conformity according to standards and technical plans. Safety and team spirit Apply hygiene and safety rules in all circumstances. Work hand in hand with operators, maintenance, and team leaders. Actively participate in continuous improvement and contribute to knowledge sharing within the workshop. Your profile CFC in a mechanical trade or equivalent training. Experience in machine setting or strong motivation to develop this skill. Proficiency in reading plans and using control devices. Comfortable with basic IT tools.
