Production Staff

We are looking for employees immediately You work in a 3-shift operation 6 days in a row and then have 4 days off. Tasks: • Responsible for a smooth production process • Independent detection and elimination of disturbances • Ensuring a high quality standard • Carrying out quality inspections and analysis of measurement values • Permanent monitoring of product quality and machine parameters • Ensuring a high quality standard and smooth operation. • Responsible for order and cleanliness of the machine and production area • Analysis of quality defects/customer complaints and development of measures/solution proposals • Supporting technology in maintenance and repair work • Initiating and supporting lean and improvement initiatives Requirements: • Completed basic training.
