For our customer service, we are looking for a Service Technician in the Field (m/f/d) Bern / Thun Region In this function, you are responsible for service work throughout Switzerland. This includes repairs as well as general warranty work for our entire product range (sanitary ceramics, fittings, sanitary technology, shower WCs, furniture etc.). Technical specialist consulting for sanitary installers and support during the assembly of our sophisticated products are also part of your area of responsibility. You have completed training as a sanitary installer and have worked in this profession for several years. Furthermore, you have already gained experience as a service fitter or technician in the field. Since our products are increasingly equipped with electronic components (e.g., urinal controls), you also ideally have additional training for installations in the electrical field.
