Zofingue, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Assume responsibility for the acquisition of land and rights (including expropriation procedures) within the territory of the Zofingue subsidiary • Negotiate with landowners and authorities, establish, monitor, and draft contracts • Support land acquirers or external collaborators on a technical level, assume coordination tasks • Manage the national roads portfolio, grant authorizations, and guarantee use of real estate in accordance with the law • Participate in all tasks related to real estate management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Basic training in the real estate sector (e.g., fiduciary, notary) and/or several years of professional experience as a land acquirer and/or higher education specific to the aforementioned tasks (e.g., MAS Real Estate Management HES, EPD construction project management and real estate management ES) and/or real estate professional, geomatics engineer, or construction administrator with specific legal knowledge related to the aforementioned tasks • Interest in legal issues in the real estate field as well as in issues concerning real rights, land law, and expropriation law, construction, spatial planning, and the environment • Excellent social skills • Stress resistance and autonomy • Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a few words OFROU represents the federal administration as the owner of the national roads.
