Key Account Manager Pharma 100% (m/w/d)

What is my function? • Strategic and operational support of pharmacy and drugstore chains, groupings, as well as other key customers within your key account portfolio • Development, negotiation, and implementation of individual annual agreements and customer strategies • Identification and realization of growth and earnings potential as well as active acquisition of new key customers • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with decision-makers at central and branch levels • Analysis of relevant KPIs, derivation of measures, and ensuring successful customer development in close cooperation with internal interfaces • Representation of the company at customers, industry events, and market projects as well as regular travel activity within Switzerland What do I need to be successful? • Training as a Drogist, Pharmaassistent EFZ or similar with several years of experience in Key Account Management, ideally in healthcare or pharmaceutical wholesale • Strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking abilities • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with high result orientation • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication personality with a confident appearance and pronounced team spirit • German as a native language as well as very good French skills What are my advantages? • Modern, dynamic working environment with varied tasks • Opportunity for active co-design through own ideas and suggestions for improvement • Committed team with supportive management • Flexible working hours and home office possibilities • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Free parking and cafeteria with lunch at discounted prices • Discounts on the assortment and with selected partners What distinguishes the company?
