YOUR TASKS
As a measurement technician, you ensure the quality of our high-precision CNC turning and milling parts through precise measurement and testing processes and actively shape our quality management.
Measurement Technology
• Programming and operation of coordinate measuring machines (e.g. Zeiss, Wenzel, Hexagon)
• Creation and optimization of measurement programs
• First-piece, intermediate, and final inspections
• Measurement of complex CNC turning and milling parts
• Creation and interpretation of measurement protocols
• Conducting measurement system analyses (MSA) and capability studies (Cp/Cpk)
Quality Management & Measuring Instruments
• Management of all measuring instruments, organization of calibrations, and procurement of new measuring instruments

• Very good knowledge of technical drawings and safe handling of form and position tolerances (GD&T / ISO GPS)
• Experience with CAQ systems and statistical quality methods
