• 11 July 2026 • 60 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Gümligen Due to the continuous development of our compliance activities and increasing requirements in the field of transaction surveillance, we are looking for a committed person with strong analytical skills as a Compliance Analyst Transaction Surveillance & Control (h/f) 60 - 100% In this role, you play a central role in transaction surveillance, alert processing, and the continuous development of our surveillance and control processes. What are your tasks? • Processing and analysis of alerts in the areas of transaction surveillance and sanctions control • Examination of unusual transaction patterns as well as risk-based investigations • Evaluation and documentation of anomalies taking into account regulatory and internal requirements • Continuous development and optimization of processes related to transaction surveillance and control • Collection, analysis, and prioritization of new business requirements • Development of solution concepts as well as support and implementation of corresponding measures • Participation in projects and system adaptations in the field of transaction surveillance and control • Writing, revising, and maintaining internal guidelines, process documentation, and work instructions • Support for ensuring an effective and risk-oriented compliance organization What are your qualifications? • University degree, banking training with appropriate further training or professional experience in the field of compliance in a bank or another financial services provider • In-depth knowledge of AML, transaction surveillance, and sanctions control is an advantage • Banking knowledge as well as a strong affinity for IT • Experience in analyzing processes and business requirements is an advantage • Structured, precise, and autonomous working method • Pronounced analytical and conceptual abilities • Networking mindset as well as in-depth understanding of technical relationships • Great personal initiative, curiosity, and motivation for continuous development • Excellent command of German as well as a very good level of English (knowledge of French is an asset) What do we offer you? • A responsible and varied activity in a demanding regulatory environment • The opportunity to actively contribute to the design of processes, systems, and solutions • Collaboration in interdisciplinary departments • Modern working conditions in a dynamic and interdisciplinary field, with varied subjects, tasks, and projects • The team works one to two days a week in the Gümligen offices • The Zurich offices can also be used and it is possible to do remote work up to 50% of working time • A flat hierarchy and short decision-making paths • Certified Great Place to Work®
