For our client, in the field of additions and conversions in the Obersee region, we are looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) with perspective for management ## Area of responsibility: • You lead and organize construction projects and manage approx. 25 employees • You communicate with clients, authorities and partners • You are prepared to gradually take over the management Requirements: • You have several years of experience as a construction manager in structural engineering • You enjoy customer contact, have sales talent and possess a professional appearance • You are a doer and possess infectious motivation, are flexible and resilient and think entrepreneurially • Ideally, you have a technical education (dipl. construction manager or civil engineer) Are you looking for an exciting and demanding leadership position with a clear succession arrangement for the management?
