Controller*in Pflegebeiträge Temporary position Städtische Gesundheitsdienste To strengthen our controlling in the Spitex area, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as of 1. Januar 2027. The position is temporary for 2 years with the option of extension. Tasks You independently carry out business examinations of non-commissioned Spitex organizations, with a focus on cost accounting and compliance with applicable accounting regulations. You develop fact-based recommendations for decision-makers and committees based on the audit results. You actively participate in the implementation and further development of agile municipal controlling in the area of outpatient care contributions, including cantonal guidelines and decisions. You support the Teamleitung Controlling Pflegebeiträge in the establishment and further development of reporting/monitoring for the municipal Spitex care. You create advanced evaluations, plausibility checks, and ad hoc analyses for the numerous topic areas of outpatient care. You support the Teamleitung Controlling Pflegebeiträge as well as the Leitung Bereich Spitex in strategic decisions. Profile University or Fachhochschule degree in Economics/Business Administration and/or Controlling or comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the finance/controlling area, preferably in the healthcare sector. Good knowledge in the analysis of cost accounting and ideally of the Finanzmanual Spitex Schweiz. Very good Excel skills and confident handling of databases.
