As part of the Helvero eHealth Group, we are modernizing our products, developing new solutions, and further expanding our Engineering organization. For this, we are looking for a personality who brings technology, people, and products together, thinks strategically, and at the same time enjoys contributing to development themselves. Your role You are responsible for the further development of our products ePaad and Secure2Go, from technology and product strategy to architecture and delivery to the leadership of the Engineering team. You report directly to the CEO and receive a lot of creative freedom to actively shape our Engineering culture, modern development processes, and the targeted use of AI. What awaits you Responsibility for technology and product strategy Hands-on collaboration on architecture and selected development tasks Leadership and further development of the Engineering team Product Ownership together with the CEO Construction of modern software architecture as well as further development of the existing platform Establishment of DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and professional release Security and Privacy by Design as an integral part of development Building an AI-First Engineering approach and evaluation of meaningful AI use cases What you bring with you Degree in computer science or comparable qualification Several years of experience as a Software Architect, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager Profound knowledge in software architecture, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and IT security Hands-on mentality and interest in combining strategy and implementation Experience in the development and further development of commercial software products or SaaS solutions Demonstrable leadership experience as well as the ability to inspire and successfully develop teams Experience in test automation as well as in AI-supported software development Very good German and English skills.
